Check Voicemail on Galaxy Watch

I must be missing something pretty basic but I can't figure out how to access my voicemail on my Galaxy Watch (BT version). Can anybody help me. In some documentation I see an icon for what looks like a voicemail app but I don't have that app on my watch.

Most carriers have a number you can dial. I believe Verizon already has a contact labeled Voicemail.. You should be able to just dial the contact or even save it as a favorite contact and dial it from the watch. I haven't tried it though. Just a guess but I don't know why it won't work

It does work. Mine's a 4 digit number. Having the BT version, like me, the OP will obviously need to have his watch connected to his phone though.
