I have to say I was quite impressed. The only thing I didn't test was how loud the sound was compared to my M8. The Camera was very snappy, and in my opinion took great photos.

I was on the fence between Edge and non-edge. After handling it I have to say I like the Edge the most.

My wife was with me as well, as she is due a new phone, and she seemed to like it. However the one negative for her was the stock calendar app. She will be coming from the S3 and she uses it extensively for personal appointments and work schedules. She uses the color coding of the S3 calendar app to organize this information so we quickly know what is what. Plus its syncs to g-mail. She really didnt' care for the S6 Calendar app since it only offered 3 color options it techically called calandars (my home, work, personal) and didn't have some other features that was in the S3 calendar.

Overall My wife and I in the few minutes we were there we were quite impressed. The UI, well is touchwiz what can I say there. There really wasn't enought time to really delve in.

While we didn't place the pre order while we were there,I plan on going back and doing just that.since they're accepting pre-orders for Verizon, even though VZW isn't themselves. With the free wireless charging pad, its worth it!

Regards,

Patrick

I also liked the feeling of the edge better. I think Samsung is doing a huge disservice to ergonomics by making their phones really thin, so if I get the phone, I'd definitely be putting a feather-style case on it. I want to make it a bit thicker and easier to hold, but not wider or taller. The size is already a huge departure from the OG Moto X that I love.

Check out business Calendar 2. It's the calendar app I use and I love it.

Also ordered the Edge.

I checked it out at best buy today as well. For me personally, while the Edge looks better, the S6 feels better in hand.

I didn't preorder.

S6 definitely feels better in the hand and I was leaning towards the S6 due to that feel, but I can't get 128GB from ATT on the S6, only the S6 Edge 128GB is available which is odd. Really can't decide. Fortunately I have some time left.

I went to my local Best Buy to try out the S6 Edge demo. It is not as wide as my LG G3 so it is easier for me to hold with one hand. The display is outstanding and the camera is easy to use. I like that the camera comes with panorama mode. I pre-ordered the 64GB white S6 Edge directly from T-mobile.
