Choppy scrolling

I just updated my S10+ and decided to try the new OneUi Launcher rather than Nova. When I scroll between screens both in home screen and in app drawer the scrolling is choppy, like it's stuttering. Has anyone else seen this amd/or knows a solution?

Yes I have. Primarily when I'm in either Gmail or the Samsung email apps. I also have freezing in the notification shade when expanding email notifications.

Does the issue still persist in Safe Mode? Do you have a lot of apps running in the background? Does everything else on the phone function as it should; or is there stuttering in other apps?

Try clearing cache in recovery.
