Choppy text on home screen and app drawer fix?

Curious to know if an app exist that will change the font used throughout the entire device. I'm curious because it seems some fonts on various web sites show up beautifully. But some look like dot art, including the text under apps on home screen and app drawer.

My feeling is their could be better fonts for this device, that would make the pixelated text look better on the RAZR?

Thoughts or suggestions?

Go launcher Ex. Install. Then get GO themes and fonts.

Or... root the phone and metamorph over some ...

I really dont use font themes. Dont see the point personally. I just know go launcher can do it
