choppy video recording/playback??

I went to record a video today and the recording went well but when I went to watch the video it was real choppy, missing some parts, and not synced at all. Anybody run into this issue? Edit: Video added post #3

I haven't had that problem. I have this really stupid video I shot, then uploaded to youtube via the phone, if you want to check it out (had some sepia setting on).
