I have no internet acces via mobile data. How can I allow Chrome access to the network in my firewall or antivirus settings on an LG G4? I can't find those settings anywhere.

Do you have a data plan from your carrier?
Are you using a G4 that is branded to your carrier, or are you using an unlocked device that is branded to a different carrier? If so what carrier do you have? That would be an issue related to your carrier's data APN, not firewall or antivirus.
