Question Enabling Apps when using Family Link

Hi,

I have a Sony Xperia XZ3 on which I have installed Family Link so that I can set time limits etc.

How do I allow access to the clock or more precisely the alarm so that that it is available when the device is locked?

I have set the clock with unlimited time, but it is hit and miss as to whether it is available when the device is locked. Sometimes it allows access and others it prompts to ask a parent for more time which leads me to believe I have gone about this the wrong way.

Ultimately the goal is to allow the user access to phone calls and alarm even when they've run out of app time but at the minute I cannot get that working reliably.

Does anyone know how to do this?
