Chrome beta with bandwidth management and preloading.

Installed couple of days ago with preloading webpages on wifi and reduce data usage settings. It is reporting 48% data saving so far. Best part is,it is very fast (may be preloading thing). Worth a try.

Thanks Ambassador. Looks like this feature is there for some time. I just enable on my Chrome beta. It is defiantly helping with speed. Only strange thing is page loading status bar moves from right to left.
