Chrome has become unusable with it's redirection to malware. What can i do to fix it?

Lately I keep getting redirected to sa . live. Per another post here I changed my Google ad identification number (something along that line) and they stopped for a time. It happened again but far less frequently. Today I was scrolling, clicked nothing, and after clicking back on chrome from minimizing I was redirected to an entirely different site with a woman speaking in a different language. Not so easily closed as the other and I noticed something was being downloaded but it was too quick for me to catch it. I cleared the cache and erased the last thing downloaded though I don't think that was it.

It was titled "Atualize!" And included "winterize" in it's URL.

How can I idenyify what that was and how can I stop this from happening? Thank you.

The Lemon recipe site and the site in top were on other tabs before and I was trying to switch out so I could close the malware one.
