Chrome history not deleting

Anyone else have am issue on their S6 where they can't get rid of the chrome history?

I don't have this problem on my Note 3. I'm able to go in and clear browser data and history, but then 95%of the time when I reopen chrome the history is back again. Seems like a bug , but not sure.

Any ideas?
