Chrome ? not rooted how to run?

I am not rooted, stock since release date. I want to run chrome, but it states I can?t on a TB.
Is anyone not rooted running chrome, do you have a down load link?

You will have to install a ICS ROM. Chrome will not work on Android versions lower than 4.0
