Question Chrome notifications no sound

On my macbook chrome application I have no sound when I get a new notification. How do I fix this?

While Chrome is a Google product as is Android your question involves a Macbook platform. Have you talked with any one on the Apple side of things?

Below that thread was a list of "similar threads". In the one asking this about Safari they say to check the settings for the site, and appear to talk about this like they are trying to get email notifications. Maybe the steps they use to check and change the site settings can be used to help with this in Chrome. See that thread here.

I would recommend looking outside of Android just based on the fact that it isn't running on any Google or Android device.
