Are you using Sense 2.1? It really shouldn't matter but I should be able to pull the icons from another ROM later tonight and prepare a flashable zip.

i have the ZenEXP with the latest update... i will try that link.. and just incase it doesnt work could u still make a zip? Thanks

@adle I've tried to make an update zip but it's not flashing. Though I could help you out, sorry. :(

Adley, how good are you with issuing adb commands to push/pull files from the phone? You can use this post as a guide to take the images out and replacing them with the new by using adb commands.

xda-developers - View Single Post - Circular Battery on Status Bar

Take the battery images from the framework-res.apk (there should be 14 total) that you want and drag them over the old images to replace them. The above post does a pretty good job with explaining the push/pull process.

I just flashed breezy's newest version of honeybun, and tried flashing this on it:

circle battery

It is the second one from the ZenHeroFX 2.0 post. It seems to work perfectly for Honeybun.

Also FWIW, Honeybun is much smoother and faster than Zen.

Fazulka,

Thanks for sharing that bit of information. I flashed the circular battery from ZenHeroFX 2.0 and it worked like a charm.

BTW, did you try the ZenHeroFX 2.0 with JIT enabled? I ran linpack on HoneyBun OC and ZenHeroFX OC with JIT, and ZenHeroFX scored better (4.8 vs 3.0). However, I also agree that HoneyBun still seems smoother and faster than Zen.

I clicked the link and it takes me to a HTC Lockscreen update...is that the battery icon that i need to flash? I have the Zen EXP rom..

this will probably not work on the zen-exp as that is on a completely different framework. But do a nandroid and give it a try.

I don't think I did follow his directions for JIT. I was so unimpressed with the ROM as a whole that I only used it for 1 day.
