This is very odd because I can see Citi Mobile (swiping up from the bottom) in the App drawer, yet it is not showing up anywhere in Settings -> Notifications ->App notifications.

i even make sure i updated it to the latest version. i can also go into the app to verify notifications and all permissions are allowed.

anyone is having this issue?

Have you tried uninstalling/rebooting/re-installing the app? Not sure what else to try here; I can see mine on the list and searchable as 'citi'.

yes i have done all that. all my banking apps are fine except Citi Mobike which is very strange and i can not for the life of me know why.

If you go into the app's Info page (long press the Citi app in your drawer and tap the 'i' icon), can you manage Notifications from there? If so, toggle the "Allow notifications" permission to off, reboot, and try to see if that makes the app appear again.

did what you suggested, but it did not resolve my issue.

But do notifications work if you manage them from there? Or are notifications for the app just not working?
let me recap what i have been saying to avoid any confusion
1. i get a notification whenever i use the Citi card (online or in person)
2. i see the Citi app in the app drawer when i swipe up from the Home screen
3. i DO NOT t see the Citi app when i go into app notifications which is why that is puzzling.
4. i DO NOT see the Citi app in Do Not Disturb -> app notification because i want to allow Citi notification to come in.

Have you contacted the developers? Their email address is Mobile.Metrics.US@citi.com

I get that, but if you go into the App's info page and select the Notifications category, are the regular options there (Allow notifications toggle, notification categories, etc.)? If so, have you tried turning them off/on there? In that page, what's the app name that shows up (if it's different than Citi Mobile that may be why you can't find it in the list)? If you do get notifications from Citi, try long-pressing one and then selecting the gear icon; does it take you to the category customization page? Again, does the app name match?

The info>notifications page is different from other versions. There is no do not disturb override toggle there

And to be fair out of all my banking apps Citi is the only one that has zero DND settings

this is the weird part... i go into the Citi Mobile's info -> notifications, i have Allow notifications enabled, then when i go into notification categories. i get 'this app hasn't sent you any notificatios' even though i get daily notifications in my message app (extra).

i toggle Allow notifications on and off, but it does not change anything.

Ah, OK, so the notifications you've been getting are NOT coming from the app (if they're texts, they're coming from their system, not the app itself). Does the Citi app or Citi account have options for how it notifies you? Are those set to PUSH and not just e-mail/text? Did you install the app directly from the Play Store and is the country/version supported? (For instance some banking apps will not work properly or even let you install them at al from first-party channels on rooted devices or from a region outside the intended country)

i installed the Citi Mobile app from google play store. i do not know of any options for how the text is set. all my other banking apps behave normally, except this one.
