Citi Mobile app missing in Settings -> Notifications

Open the Citi app and tap the Profile button on the bottom bar. There, go to the Account Alerts section and customize per card/category. Make sure that the alerts you want are set to PUSH.

just tried, unfortunately, the Account Alerts page has this problem

Version 9.80.1 is Citi Bank I have downloaded from app store , it's on the Apps list just not in Notifications list like you mentioned, reach out to the devs like I mentioned earlier on but I wouldn't be too worried because most bank apps don't give Notifications, I have Wells Fargo/Bank of America/Chase/Capital One

let me make sure i understand your reply. you have the latest Citi app, while you can see it on your apps list, it is also NOT in your notifications list, correct?

would youy be kind enough also to verify this...
- go to settings -> Do Not Disturb -> app notifications -> add apps to see if Citi app shows up in the list.

i am curious if this is happening to other users as well.

btw, i contacted Citi technical team, both via email and phone call, but they did not have a clue what is going on.

Same version as mustang's, and I can see the app both in the Notifications list and the DND 'add app' list. Galaxy S25U on OneUI 7, so that may differ from yours.

it's certainly baffling that @SpookDroid can see the Citi app. it's not a deal breaker really, it's just that i wanted to allow this app to send notifications when DND is running.

Citi tech support was not helpful a bit. so i pretty much gave up and moved on.

Since the notification section inside the app wasn't letting you do Push notifications, they wouldn't have been useful anyway and it seems you're getting them through texts. So just whitelist the Citi number and allow it in DND.

i added the Citi number in DND. will update if it works.
