Does anybody know how to take city ID off your phone without rooting?

I don't think you can. It's a system app if my memory serves correctly (it's been known to be an utter failure LOL).

I just saw a message 'welcoming' me to City ID after I got off of a call.

Is this something that's going to show up on my AT&T bill as though I implicitly intended pay for it?

Now I'm looking around trying to get more infomation about this, and I can't even find the app on my phone again. Don't see it in the App drawer, nor any hooks to it in settings, contacts, or the dialer.

Ideas?

If you go manage applications and go to all applications you'll find it. But the only thing you can do is force stop it.
