CityID

I know this has been discussed before. I understand CityID is installed by default as a trial, and without root, there is no way to uninstall it. My question is, after the trial is up, will it stop annoying me with pop-ups after phone calls? I just need some peace of mind to know that these pop-ups are temporary.
