Classic Old Phone Ringtones - Permissions

Is there a ringtone app with the old phone ring tones that does not need full access to my phone including read write access to my contacts?? Are you kidding. I can't find one on Google Play...

Umm. Just download a file from zedge or something. Or just DL the zedge app.
