Clean Dust in Front Camera??

I can see very clearly that there is a lot of dust on the inside of my front-facing camera. Is there any way to clean this out?? It's making my pictures look messed up, and is driving me crazy!

The only way I can see is that you would need to completely remove the back plate and that seems like more hassle than its worth. Also check your lens for a screen protector, I've heard of them being shipped with a screen protector on the camera lens. If all else fails Tey the video below, it's rather long but may help you.
