clear defaults pop up

Hi all, living my note 3... still getting used to it. last phone was a sg3 on slimbean

my at question:

when asked to select "always" ot "just once" for default programs, a second pop up appears and tells me how to reset or clear the default.

how do I get rid of that 2nd popup?!?
