Clearing the cache

I've noticed that in the device maintenance you can't clear the cache with one click like I could on the S10+ and the Note 9. In the past all you had to do was just click clear and all the cache was cleaned. Now I have to go to each individual app and clear it that way. Why did they do this? It's time consuming. Is this a Android 10 thing?

Then, wiping the whole cache partition using hardware keys might be the option they offer us.
