Just got a Samsung galaxy tab3 and cannot figure out how to get to the clipboard help please!!!

Just got a Samsung galaxy tab3 and cannot figure out how to get to the clipboard help please!!!

Push and hold the text you want to clip, the menu pops up and then select cut,copy etc

Also if you startup your keyboard and tap the bottom right key, you can see what has been saved on your clipboard.
