Before the upgrade, when I launched the Alarm Clock, it defaulted to current time. From there, it was easy to advance it to the time I wanted.
After the Lollipop upgrade, now it only defaults to 6:00 AM, usually not even close to the target time.
I can't find any settings that allow the default time to be changed.
