Clock (and weather) widget

Hey forum-ers,
I recently got the Nova launcher and enjoying it,
I'm looking to get a nice clock widget that won't bombard the display with info,


What are you all using?

Also is there an app to change the lockscreen? Cuz I don't see the option to do it on Nova?

There are alot of lockscreen replaces. I personally use AC display. I love it soo much.

I'm looking for something that will completely replace the lockscreen tho, it seems that ac display does that but then it goes back to original HTC lockscreen,
Is there a way to completely do this or would I need root?

Root is required. I was suggesting Dashclock for your home screen
