Can't remove apps from home screen on S24 Ultra One Ui 7

You could try clearing the app cache/storage for One UI Home in Settings>Apps. This is a semi-nuclear option, because you'll have to set up your homescreens all over again -- but if there's some wonky bit of data hanging around in the launcher, this might clear it out.

How about dropping unwanted icons on new home page and then delete that home page along with the icons?

Hmm, kind of like a bootleg Windows recycle bin. I suppose that's a decent workaround if push comes to shove. But I'll stick with Nova while it's still viable until I can fix Home or at least figure out why it's behaving this way.
