Clock at top of screen cut off plus more

[Android Central Question]

Hard to explain what is up, I sent my phone off for repairs, on return I booted it up all working well but there are a few odd things I can't seem to sort through the settings.

1. The clock at the top left of the screen is slight cut off at the bottom

2. The bottom tab with the 3 buttons seems larger than it used to be

3. The dots on the pass code pattern seems over spaced out.

All minor issues but knowing how it used to be before I sent it off it's annoying as he'll can't seem to see anything on setting which would point me in the right direction
