Clock. Countdown On lock screen

Not Sure how it keeps happening, but I've been noticing a large clock that counts the seconds on my lockscreen. I actually like it, but don't know how to activate it. It's not what I selected for my AOD or LS... Anyone know?

Tap the regular clock on the lock screen and you should see the detailed clock.
