So it's 8:30pm and yet my phone says 12:30??? I restarted it....swapped batteries and still the same issue. So I'm at a mall with a Verizon store...I asked them and they say it means a software update is coming?? Anyone heard of that?
 
That's a new one on me. I'd say your time zone is set incorrectly. Do you have automatic time sync to network turned on?

Yes I do, I just checked it. Now it's saying 1:00am!!? Lol

That sounds like total bull..... No phone of mine has ever changed time because of an upcoming update

There is something going on with my phone. It Also keeps freezing up occasionally and sometimes doesn't respond to the double tap to wake up nor the power button but its not consistent to the point that I would be able to replicate it in a Verizon store.

Sounds like some cars I've had. Never can replicate problem at the dealer
 
No...since its not happening consistently. The phone still works and I don't want to have to pay for a warranty replacement that is refurbished

You don't have to pay for replacement if a phone is defective in warranty, however most likely you would get a refurb.

If it ever starts happening consistently where I can duplicate it when I go in a Verizon store I will take it in. The time changing stopped today. Apparently it was just an odd fluke yesterday

It could have been a network issue
