clock icon disappeared

I have absolutely no idea how to get this app back. On the Note 4 I used to have one section with every single app but that doesn't exist here on the v20 at least as far as I know. Is there a place where all the apps are other than in settings dlcpa

nevermind it doubled up with emails on the bottom and I didn't see it. So I removed it and put it back where was.
