Clock off by about 5 minutes

I saw a thread about this in the EVO forum. My stock phone clock is off by about 5 minutes both on the main screen and the notification screen. Does anyone have any ideas to fix this? I tried rebooting and no luck.

Check Menu | Settings | Date&Time is set to Automatic.

I just noticed that mine is 5 minutes ahead of every other clock around here. It is set to automatic, so obviously this is a Verizon issue.

Yes, if set to automatic, you're right.

Noticed that too this morning...i did what Frank did, unchecked automatic, rechecked it and it fixed my time

I had the same problem today. While I was checking other time sources my phone rebooted and the clock has been OK since.

About 30 min after my post, the clock got the time correct again. Very strange but I am happy it is working.

Happened to me yesterday. I left it alone and it corrected itself. Made me a little early for an appointment. s

Same here, got in car and noticed it was off 5 minutes to one in car. It corrected itself.
