Clock Time Changes to One Hour Behind/Forward Multiple Times per Day

Hello...My Galaxy 4 updated to 4.4.2 a couple of weeks ago. For the past 3-4 days, the clock time changes to either an hour behind or ahead of the correct time. I've tried manually setting the clock (unchecked "Automatic date and time" in Settings), and restarting the phone, which changes the clock to the correct time for about an hour or two, but then the time changes again. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there something else I can do that would stop this from happening? TIA

Okay, thanks! I just rebooted following those instructions. Hopefully this will work!

Unfortunately, the recovery reboot did not work. Any other suggestions? If I did a factory reset, will that wipe out ALL of my info and apps stored on the phone?
