clock/weather icon on homescreen

I accidently removed clock/weather icon on home screen. How can I get it back?

Long-press a blank area of the home screen to access your widget locker - or use whatever other method is appropriate on whatever phone you have - then long-press, drag and drop the relevant widget to wherever you want it.
