Clock Widget won't Fall Back

My clock on my unlock screen is correct, but the clock on the widget, won't fall back an hour. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, including other widgets, and no luck. I used the alarm clock inside the widget, and it went off at the correct time... Any ideas?

Same thing happened on my Note 5 with the lock screen. Lock screen still showed Daylight Savings Time, while the alarm/system time was switched to normal time. Time was/is set to automatically update. A reboot fixed the problem.

Friend of mine had this happen on her Samsung phone. She had disabled (turn off) something she didnt like. it was something daemon. After i turned it back on in her settings the widget updated.

Just finally fixed itself.... (only took 3 and a half days...lol)
