ClockWorkMod v5.0.2.7 ( Need Help)

Hello I'm trying to get ClockWorkMod v5.0.2.7 on my phone. I already did step 1 to 10. But when I hit the start button. The message box log say this

   <6> StartThread Detected :0
   <7> StartThread Detected : 0
   <8> StartThread Detected :0
   <1> ----cannot open the usb serial port. code: 5
