Android Central Question

Hi! I was given a Cherry Mobile Cubix Morph Tablet 2in1 (Lollipop OS and Windows 10 dual boot) that apparently only runs on Windows 10 (hereby referred to as tablet A). Seems like the original owner reformatted the whole device to run only on windows but I would like to try and get it back to running android as well again.

Luckily, I found someone who has the same make and model with perfectly working OSs (hereby referred to as tablet B) and with the little knowledge I have about hard disks and cloning, I tried to copy the entire HDD of tablet B into a same sized Flashdrive and then again Flashdrive to the HDD of tablet A. (I couldn't figure out how to access both tablet's hard disk via computer and make them appear like a Flashdrive... so I ended up using a bootable cloning software).

While the cloning worked with no problems, the issue now lies with booting the android OS. Seems that neither the Android OS nor the Windows OS of tablet A can be detected and it is bringing me to some kind of EFI command prompt? (Pardon the term).

I have zero knowledge in working around android devices and would like to learn how to fix this if anyone can help. Basically, I want to copy the entire Tablet B into Tablet A and have Tablet A run android and windows again.

Thank you very much for your patience in reading this and for helping in advanced!

Thanks for answering Rukbat! I checked out that link you gave for the singleOS ROM but unfortunately it is not helping. I tried to follow the steps to a T but there is always a problem in the flashing process (something about flashing firmware.bin failing) and I don't know how to work around that. I also tried to install Android-x86 but sadly, my device wifi and touchscreen does not work... probably it isn't supported by the OS? (BTW, I have tried installing the stock Android-x86 OS, Remix OS and PhoenixOS and all of which has the same issue). Last I have tried is to install windows and repartition for the AndroidOS but now I am having problems with the bootloader saying "ESRT Table not found. Update cancelled", something like that. I am trying to figure out what this means and I am afraid I might have done something that is totally irreversible for this tablet... Please let me know if you have any idea on what that error means. Appreciate your help!
