Cloud backup app to Onedrive

Hey all;
I have typically used the SD card for all my media and various files that I want on my device after I do a factory reset, move to a new device, etc.

The Pixel 2XL is the first device I have owned that did not have a SD card. Is there a backup app that:

1. allows me to manually choose folders to backup automatically at night

2. will let me specify the cloud service I want (ie. I have almost 1TB of Onedrive storage available, I don't want to pay another service for storage). Maybe one day I'll move to Google drive, etc. so something that works with various cloud services that I can backup by folder would be ideal.

I have a Titanium backup license, but I don't want to have root (and I think it requires root).

Anyone have a reliable app that does what I am looking for?
