Cloud Photo Storage Manager?

Does anyone know of an app that can link to your cloud storage (Drive, Photos, OneDrive) and analyze the files to delete duplicates?

Not on a phone, but you could use a program like Dupe Guru on a desktop or laptop, open folders to your various cloud photo sites, and let it find dupes.
