Cloud syncing issues

So I have tried Dropbox and MEGA cloud apps. At first, the camera uploads work fine they upload instantly and automatically. After 1 day the uploading just doesn't happen anymore. I did not change any settings- still have camera uploads and sync set to enabled. I didn't even have "remove permissionss if unused" on. I can manually upload and transfer just fine. So I'm not sure what's going on with my phone.

Which Android phone your using?

Android often allows apps to run freely at first, then applies battery optimization after learning usage patterns, which can kill background sync.

Try long pressing those apps then tap Info>scroll and tap battery>if it under optimize set it unrestricted.

Then go to background Data and enable

Make sure phone not in power saving mode also.

I'm using Android 13. It was already unrestricted, background data on and power saving off.

Look in device care it shouldn't be there those apps if set unrestricted but check under apps put to sleep
