CM 10 JB rom or AOSP JB rom

Hi all i wanted to know if there is a big difference between the CM 10 JB rom and the AOSP JB rom for the Epic 4G touch im thinking about flashing it and when i saw QBking77 on youtube do it i just wanted to know if there is any difference to both of these roms thanks for reading and reply with your best answer!
