CM Nightly Wifi feature / Setting?

Since going to any build post 200 my wifi has been having problems. When the screen state goes off, it disconnects me from the hotspot / router. Wifi remains on, and if I use the pull down notification bar i can double tap on the wifi icon to get it to connect.

is this a setting somewhere I cannot find or an issue?

go to wireless & networks under settings, go to wifi settings, hit menu, and set the sleep policy to never.

Thanks, It felt like a settings issue, I didn't think of hitting menu inside a menu

no problem, I didn't know it was there either until I encountered the problem myself.
