Hi guys if i was to install the nightlies version would i be able to get ota update when the stable version comes out? or would i need to flash the rom again?

You would need to flash the stock ROM over CM.

CM runs on different update threads, so the stable version would require a complete flash if you were coming from nightlies.

Snapshot to stable would probably be an OTA though
