I'm having trouble getting this to flash from the SD card using clockwork mod. Anyone else had any trouble?

Found the problem. I am an idiot. There apparently isn't a 6.1 out for hero yet. I was downloading the latest file from user not for the hero.

Okay the stable version is out. Upon initial flash I found it a little laggy. Put I flashed an unkapped kernel and all is right with the world now. Great job guys.

Angry Birds is still slow though.

Look for AOSPmod on xda. Its based on CM built from CM but insanely fast.
