Mine did the same thing. I had to reflash Clockwork, then manually boot into the Clockwork Recovery and do everything by hand.

RC2 is a little bit smoother. I have some weird bug with Maps though... Sometimes when I use the pinch gestures is zooms way out at a national level and wont let me zoom in again until I exit the app and reopen it.

Hmm, I think I am going to try another Rom to see if that works and if not then I will dive in manually.
