CM7 and WIN32 Problems

So, I'm installing CM7 on my Nook Color.

I'm following a video that I found on here. I've gotten to where I have to burn the image file onto my micro-SD card. But Win32 tells me there isn't enough space on the card. I have two brand new 8gb cards. I've tried both the 8gb size file and the 4gb thinking it might fit better, but with no luck. I also tried deleting Win32 and downloading an older version, some advice I found on here. Also, no luck.

Is there a way to fix this, or use another program to burn the file onto the card? I tried ImgBurn, but it doesn't recognize my card, just the disc drive, as a device.

Thanks for any help.

If you use WinImage (any version) to write the 'generic' SDcard image, it should work fine. I've done it with 8GB and 32GB cards without issue.

Ok, I used WinImage, and it burned the image (at least all the files showed up on the microSD card, so I assume it burned properly). I then put the CM7 and GoogleApps folders on the microSD card and put it in my Nook Color. When I then turned on the NC to continue the process, it just boots up like normal. It doesn't boot into the ClockworkMod screen I've seen in the video I'm using.

Any ideas on why it isn't booting properly?

They were unzipped. I'm thinking it didn't burn ClockworkMod correctly, because it only took a few seconds after I clicked "Write" and I thought it supposed to take a few minutes to burn the image file.

so any luck dixie?? ive done everything right but when i restart the nook with CM7 on sd it just stays stuck on loading. im currently running honeycomb internally
