CM7 light sensor

Is anybodys light sensor working.In the notes its supposed to be fixed. Mine is not working. Im tuning the CM7, with the glitch kernal.

I can't seem to make sense of the settings under CyanogenMod Settings->Display->Automatic backlight.

Are these supposed to control the brightness??? or because the fascinate is AMOLED, it has no effect

Me neither. Tried playing with CyanogenMod Settings->Display->Automatic backlight as mentioned above, no joy and clueless.

Proximity sensor (lights off when held to ear, on when held away) didn't work at 1st CM7 but does now at 7.5.
