A coworker of mine just recently rooted his dinc with unrevoked 3 does that turn s off? And can he flash CM7 with UnrEVOked 3?
 
Unrevoked for the DInc does indeed set s-off, and the recovery installed by unrevoked should be able to flash CM7.
