CM7 Questions

I'm gonna root my NC with CM7, and I just had a couple questions.

1) Since the Nook will no longer be strictly a B&N e-reader, but an Android tablet, I'll have to use the Nook app to read my B&N books now correct?

2) If I try this for a while, and I find that I don't like it (doubt it, but you never know) is it possible to remove the CM7 mod and just go back to a plain Nook Color?

if you want to jsut try out CM7 first, why not install it on SD? that way if you don't like it, you can just pop the SD out. As for me, CM7 all the way
