cm9 beta on desire

So I tried running the cm9 rom on my desire. first time I get a core process error and do a factory reset. What the heck, I tried again a couple of weeks later. Install went smoothly and it looks sweet but I only have 412 kb memory left with everything possible on my sd card.
looks like I'm sticking with cmy (which I really like but dang cm9 looks cool).
