Cmpletely block calls and texts from certain number. Do not want to just put them in spam bc no cont

I need an app to help me not only block calls and texts from certain numbers but that will tell the other person blocking is active and I do not want to see msg's in my spam folder either. Please help. I am really trying to avoiding seeing ANY notifications or texts or calls from this person but I don't care if he/ she knows. I have an android. An LG K20

Welcome to Android Central! Who's your carrier? Your carrier might have their own number blocking service.

Sending the "blocked" message to the "spam" folder is a feature of the messaging app you are using.

If you want blocked messages to be simply discarded, you need to use an app that does that instead of using a "spam" folder. For example, give Textra a try.
