Can the TouchWiz launcher be turned off in favor of a nearly stock experience?

There are many option on the market to replace the touchwiz launcher. Last I checked there were a few stock looking gingerbread ones there as well as launcherpro and adw launcher. There are lots of options...the beauty of Android.

Let's hope that it works with Launcher Pro and doesn't "decide" to disable Launcher Pro like my EVO 4G did.
